At Fun Box Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Customised or personalised boxes are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• We do not offer cash refunds — store credit or exchanges are available where applicable.
